If jiliwinplay determines that a user has registered multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, all such accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. jiliwinplay uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jiliwinplay reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.
jiliwinplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected users as promptly as practicable.

jiliwinplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliwinplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliwinplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In the event of any dispute between you and jiliwinplay arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint regarding the Platform or any game outcome, you should first contact jiliwinplay customer support with full details of your complaint. jiliwinplay will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
